Dealers are trained to wear you down. I’m here to protect you.
The dealership system is designed to confuse you, pressure you, and quietly overcharge you.
I work only for you: I research what a fair lease should look like, negotiate with multiple dealers, show you every quote, and you just go in to sign.

Protection from pressure, confusion, and overcharging.
TL;DR
If you’re busy and don’t want to deal with dealership games, I’ll tell you quickly whether I can help.
- Free 10-minute intake call to sanity-check what “fair” looks like for your car and timing.
- If it’s not a fit, I’ll say so — and you’ll still leave with a plan you can use yourself.
- If it is a fit, I negotiate with multiple dealers and you go in only to sign.
I do this part-time and take a limited number of cases.
Why Walking Into a Dealer Alone Is a Bad Idea
Dealerships don’t just sell cars. They sell confusion.
Their entire playbook is built around pressure, information asymmetry, and wearing you down until you agree to something you don’t fully understand. Most people walk in thinking they’re prepared — and still walk out having agreed to things they didn’t intend to.
- Prices aren’t consistent. Two people with the same credit can get very different deals.
- Fees and add-ons appear late, when you’re already invested.
- Conversations are steered toward monthly payment, not total cost.
- You’re pushed to “decide today” before you’ve had time to think.
None of this is accidental. It’s how the system is designed to work.
I’ve been on the losing side myself. That’s why PHrides exists.
What I Do for You
I’m not a dealer and I’m not a traditional broker. I don’t take kickbacks, I don’t sell your data, and I don’t pretend the system is fair.
I work only for you.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
- We clarify what a fair deal actually looks like for your situation.
- I research real pricing and incentives across multiple dealers.
- I handle the negotiation and back-and-forth you’d normally suffer through.
- You choose the best option and go in only to sign.
You never lose control. If a deal doesn’t make sense, we don’t do it.
How PHrides Is Different From Car Brokers
I want you to do it yourself if you can.
I openly publish my entire negotiation method and all the learnings along the way. If you have the time and energy, use it and protect yourself. I’m genuinely glad if you save money and avoid the games.
No dealer kickbacks. No back-end incentives.
Brokers also get paid by dealers. I don’t. I’m paid by you, so my incentives stay aligned with yours.
I don’t take your sensitive data.
I never ask for your credit application or driver’s license. Those go directly to the dealer when you’re ready. Your sensitive information stays with you.
PHrides started because I got burned myself
Years ago, I walked into a dealership thinking I’d done enough homework, trusting that’s the only way to buy a car, and drove away thinking I’d gotten a fair deal.
I hadn’t.
An aquintances had gotten the same exact car for much, much lower. When I realized how much I’d been overcharged, the car became a daily reminder that I’d been taken advantage of. It ate at me. Same credit. Same income. Just less experience. It showed me how unfair the system is.
I went deep: lease math, incentives, negotiation scripts — everything. I started helping friends and family, then eventually shared everything publicly on Reddit so strangers could protect themselves.
I didn’t expect much to come of it.
Instead, it was read by hundreds of thousands of people and shared widely.

A lot of people reached out with the same message:
“This is great — but I don’t have the time or patience to do all of this. Can you just do it for me?”
PHrides is my way of saying yes to some of those people.
This is not my full-time job. I take on a limited number of cases. And I’ve designed the process so it stays customer-first at every step: transparent, private, honest, and truly on your side.
Is PHrides Right for You?
This is NOT for you if:
- You want the absolute lowest possible price and you’re willing to put in the time. Great — that’s literally why I shared my full method publicly.
- You want a unicorn deal. Unicorn deals happen because of rare inventory situations or temporary incentives. No one can guarantee them, and I won’t pretend I can.
- You enjoy negotiating and grinding dealers yourself. If you like giving dealers a taste of their own medicine, you don’t need me (and thank you from all of us).
This IS for you if:
- You’re a busy professional who wants a fair, clean deal without the pain.
- You want to avoid pressure, games, manipulation, and wasted time.
- You want someone who works only for you and explains every step.
- You value time and sanity more than chasing a one-off unicorn price.
How to Work With Me
I do this part-time, so I can’t take on every request. I’d rather work with fewer people and do it properly.
Here’s the process:
- Flat fee, stated upfront. No percentages. No surprises.
- You schedule a short intake call.
- I’ll sanity-check your situation and explain what fair looks like.
- If I can help, I’ll tell you how. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too.
See if I can help
The easiest way to start is a short intake call so we can quickly see whether this makes sense for you.
- No pressure.
- I’ll tell you directly if I can help.
- If not, you’ll still leave with a plan.

Don’t Walk Into a Dealer Alone
Whether you use my method or ask me to handle everything for you, please don’t go in unprepared.
FAQs
What happens on the 10-minute intake call?
You tell me what you want and your timeline. I’ll sanity-check what a fair deal should look like and tell you whether I can realistically help.
What if you can’t help me?
I’ll tell you quickly. You’ll still leave with guidance on what “fair” looks like and what to watch for.
Do you need my credit application or driver’s license?
No. I don’t collect sensitive documents. When you’re ready, you submit those directly to the dealer you choose.
Do I still have to go to the dealership?
Yes — but ideally only once, to sign and pick up the car. My job is to minimize time, pressure, and surprises.
Do you work with specific dealers?
No exclusive relationships. I’m paid by you, not by dealers.
Is this only for leases?
Leases are the most common use case, and it’s where people get taken advantage of the most. But I can help on purchases too depending on the situation and timing.
Can you guarantee the “best deal possible”?
I guarantee clarity and a fair target. Unicorn deals depend on incentives and inventory — I won’t promise what can’t be delivered reliably. But I can guarantee that you will come out ahead relative to any publicly advertised deals, even after my fee.
What does it cost if we move forward?
Flat fee of 1k, stated upfront if I take your case. The intake call is free.
